Episode 4: Disconnecting in 3 . . . 2 . . . 1

This time on Through the Palantir Ivaneus and Drilorin attempt to tackle 4 weeks worth of game news (no Matthrim), but the evil forces of the Internet have other plans. Can Drilorin and Ivan save the show and thwart the power of the INTERNET?

Absolutely not.

We do however talk about some interesting stuff before losing our battle with the internet and hope you enjoy it.

Disclaimer: Through the Palantir recognizes that The Lord of the Rings, The Lord of the Rings Online, and the word "Palantir" are the Intellectual Property of Turbine, the Saul Zaentz Company, Warner Brothers, and the Tolkien family, respectively (or something like that). All this is for fun and the benefit of the Lord of the Rings Online Community.

  2. Wow! When I saw your comment I thought you were talking about the disconnects or the other problem that I fixed, then I found out just how out of whack the "repaired" version was.

That's what comes of deleting files and then re-editing.

  3. Hey all -

So sorry for all the technical problems - I'm very excited for the Ettenmoors episode.

I don't have a creep so I'm interested in hearing about each type of creep and perhaps what they equate to (roughly) on the freep side.

Another question I had was about the most efficient way to gather the bartering stones needed for freep jewelry and armor. There's one bracelet I'd like on my champ. I've heard you get the stones in "The Delving" but I don't really know what that is.

Lastly I'd love some general information on some of the hubs of battle and common points of contention. When I'm in freep raids I hear lots of acronyms about where we're headed and I don't know what they mean. I have a hard time exploring the map on my own because I'm often ambushed by a couple of wargs.

Thanks in advance for the work you are putting into this!
